Family Packages

Family Photoshoot in Wimborne, Dorset

Capturing your family is such an import thing, we all know that little ones grow up so fast, and before you know it they'll be begging you to stop taking photos of them. One thing I constantly hear is how you're never in the photos, or you can never get a nice one of your kids together, well I can help with that!

During my shoots as they're outdoors the kids really have a chance to play and enjoy themselves, instead of forcing them to pose constantly they can just do what suits them, whilst getting the traditional family shot here and there. The best photos are made when you're all having fun and not focusing on specific shots, also when there's a lot of love shown! Kiss, hug and play with your babies! These are just the best!

“Lucy was so warm and friendly, it made the whole experience calming and great with our cheeky boys. She listened to my ideas and brought them to life, and captured our special moments. She was fantastic and I can't wait to use her again..”

Frequently Asked Questions

Where should we go?

I love to ask you where your favourite locations are as a family, most of the time this makes for great photos and your kids already love it. However, if that's not applicable I have a list of locations that are lovely which you can have a read through.

For my full shoot you're able to shoot within a 30 mile radius from BH17, however you're limited to a 10 mile radius for mini sessions

What happens if it rain?

Before your shoot I'll be keeping a watchful eye on the weather, then we can make a decision before the day. For any reason it changes in the day (I mean we live in the UK, it's likely) then I'm more than happy to rebook when possible.

What time of day is best?

Lighting is crucial for outdoor shoots! More so than you'd realise, therefore the best time of day is as close to sunrise or sunset as possible. The lighting is so much softer, you won't be squinting or have weird shadows on your face; plus your photos will look so much better! I understand this isn't always possible for certain families, therefore I'm more than happy to discuss your situation and see what's best for you.

What should we wear?

Your clothing choices will make a massive change to your photos, but please don't worry! I can give you suggestions before your shoot to make sure you're comfortable but looking amazing!
